Tamra Duke, LPC-S, NCC, ACS, CCTP
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Therapist
Ms. Duke is a subject matter expert and professional consultant in the areas of Accreditation, Clinical Services Delivery, and Organizational Clinical Training and Development. She has over twenty years of clinical services provision in various clinical settings to federal, state, local, and private community based agencies. She is a National Certified Counselor, Counselor Educator with National & State Board Approved Clinical Supervisor credentials, to date supervising over 50 residents to licensure. She is also a Court Qualified Expert Witness, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Tele-mental Health Professional, DLA-20 Certified Train the Trainer, a CARF International Surveyor General and Federal Government Contract Clinician for active duty military, veterans and their families. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Virginia, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland.
Chartrice Thorne, LCSW, CSOTP, CSAC, CTS
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) & Therapist
Ms. Thorne has been providing therapeutic services in the mental health & substance abuse field for over twenty years with community-based agencies, school settings, residential facilities, and healthcare settings. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia, Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and Certified Trauma Specialist. Ms. Thorne is also trained in the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria and she is a certified hypnotherapist and life coach. As an educator, she enjoys mentoring, training, advocating, and providing clinical supervision to developing social workers.
Marsha Witherspoon, LPC-S
Chief Operations Officer (COO) & Therapist
Ms. Witherspoon has been in the mental health field for over 20 years working in various positions such as residential counselor, supervisor, program director, clinical director, and consultant. She is currently licensed by the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Ms. Witherspoon has also been approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Supervisor for future LPC’s. In her own right , Ms. Witherspoon specializes in writing clinical assessments and other clinical documentation capturing the full essence of a client's mental health needs. Her mental health focus consists of working with children and families with mental health diagnoses including but not limited to depression, anxiety, as well as grief and loss.
